Common contact questions
Do you accept small orders or only bulk wholesale?
We focus on B2B wholesale and OEM/ODM manufacturing. MOQ varies by product complexity -- typically starting from 1,000-3,000 pcs for existing tooling, higher for custom molds. We do not serve retail buyers.
What files should I prepare before contacting you?
Ideally, share 3D CAD files (STEP / IGES), 2D drawings with dimensions and tolerances, product reference images, target retail price, annual quantity, and required certifications. A rough sketch or sample photo is enough for initial feasibility review.
How quickly will I hear back?
All inquiries submitted through this page or by email are answered within 24 business hours (GMT+8, Mon-Sat). Complex custom quotations may require 2-3 business days for engineering review.
Can I visit the factory or arrange a third-party audit?
Absolutely. Our Dongguan facility welcomes buyer visits and third-party audits (SGS, BV, Intertek, TÜV). We can arrange transportation from Shenzhen or Guangzhou airports upon request.
Do you sign NDAs to protect our designs?
Yes. We routinely sign mutual NDAs before sample development. Simply tick the NDA option on the inquiry form and we will send a draft agreement for review.
Which certifications do your products carry?
Our silicone materials and finished products can meet FDA, LFGB, CE, UL, RoHS and REACH standards. Certificates are issued per SKU and market -- please specify your target region on submission.
